That the privileges granted to Spanish-Speaking humans in Los Angeles, CA like citizenship, ESL (English-As-A-Second-Language), Job Security, Community Social Security, Housing in clustures, small-business opportunities, healthy options to reproduce (My-God, to reproduce!), were apart of an effort for Mexico and the other Spanish-Speaking communities and cultures within this community to have a better quality of life and equal opportunity.
The belief that Mexico is Supreme is apart of their imagination only. This healthy ego and level of confidence shows the great appreciation for such favors by the Government which as well has practiced border control for the past several decades due to drug trafficking.
