Did you know that if a home is large enough to license one room as a facility, legally sectioned off for hospital activity pursuant the Health Administrative Codes of that particular State certain pharmaceuticals administered in a facility setting (Adult family Home, Nursing Home, In-home Care Providers,etc) this is legal?
